CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. ~ ~ ^ a a <br />BY <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHO RING AND DIRECTING THE CANCELLATION <br />OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON PERMANENT PARCEL N0. 233-5-17 <br />BEING AN ASSESSMENT FOR <br />CONSTRUCTION OF A WATER LINE AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, special assessments have been certified by the Auditor of the <br />Clty of North Olmsted, Ohio, to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County for the <br />construction of a water line. <br />WHEREAS, Helen Sinyei of 5787 Bradley Road <br />have paid the sum of $ 146.32in payment of said special assessments, in ad~rar~,~, <br />for the tax years 19 65 through 19 66 inclusive, together with accrued intea~pict <br />levied thereon against Permanent Parcel No. 233-5-17 in the City of l~rth <br />Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North <br />Qlmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be and he is hereby <br />authorized and directed to cancel for the years 19 65 through 19 66 inclusive <br />assessments in full for, construction of a water line. <br />Section 2: That the Director of Finance of the City. of North Olrs~te~ <br />is hereby, authorized and directed to receive payment in advance on such <br />#sse$sments for the period 19 65 through 19 66 inclusive, amounting tp <br />a 146.32on said parcel. <br />Section 3: That the Clerk of Council is hereby directed to forward <br />an attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, <br />Section 4: Wherefore, this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />epnergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peaces, heaii¢h <br />and welfare of the City of North Olmsted, and such emergency exists by vrtuR <br />of the necessity of cancelling the speciai assessments on Permanent Parcel <br />NR. 233-5-17 for construction of a water line. <br />from and <br />PASS EQ: <br />ATjEST: <br />Margaret T West Clerk of Councii <br />APPROVED: <br />Section 5: Wherefore, this Ordinance shall take effect immediately <br />after its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by taw. <br />_ t~ <br />~ c~.,-.. ~c.~.-~ ~' ~ ~ ~.,J~.~ <br />Francis J.
