CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. d~~ZZLS <br />BY <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CANCELLATION <br />OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON PERMANENT PARCEL. NO. 235-20-4 <br />BEING AN ASSESSMENT FOR PREPARATION OF PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS FOR SANITARY SEWERS, AND DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, special assessments have been certified by the Finance <br />Director of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County <br />for the preparation of plans and specifications for sanitary sewers, <br />WHEREAS, Miles Reiley °f 5901 Fitch Ro d <br />have paid the sum of $ 76,80 in payment of said special assessments, ~n <br />advance, for the tax years 19 65 through 1979, inclusive, together with <br />accrued interest levied thereon against Permanent Parcel No. X35_20_4 <br />in the City of North Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of <br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section l: That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be and he is hereby <br />authorized and directed to cancel for the years 19 65 through 1979, inclusiv® <br />assessments in full for preparation of plans and specifications for sanitary <br />sewers. <br />Section 2: That the Director of Finance of the City of North Olmst~l <br />is hereby. authorized and directed to receive payments in advance on such ass~ss~ts <br />for the period 19 65 through 1979, inclusive, amounting to $ 76.80 on <br />said parcel. <br />Section 3: That the Clerk of Council is hereby directed to forward #n <br />attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, State of t)hiA, <br />Section 4: Wherefore, this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health <br />and welfare of the City of North Olmsted, and such emergency exists by virtue of <br />the necessity of cancelling the special assessments on Permanent Parcel No. 235-20-4 <br />for preparation of plans and specifications for sanitary sewers. <br />Section 5: Wherefore, this Ordinance shall take effect immediately from <br />and after its passage, othe~rwise,Iat the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: l~ ~~i.,F H_~_I n (~ U Ur <br />ATTEST: <br />Clerk of Council <br />APPROVED: <br />w <br />Ralph Christman, Mayor <br />F r, <br />Francis J.
