CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 64 - _~ <br />BY: <br />AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING APPROPRIATIONS <br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY <br />a <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNC I L OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, STATE OF OH 10: <br />Section 1. That the Finance Director be and he is hereby <br />authorized and directed to transfer appropriations as follows: <br />GENERAL FUND <br />150.00 from Printing to Clerk of Council <br />100.00 from Printing to Mayors Secretary <br />100.00 from Printing to Office Equipment <br />200.00 from Poor Relief to Organizations ~ Travel <br />POLICE DEPT, <br />400.00 from Care of Prisoners to Police Station Maintenance <br />BUILDING DEPT. <br />500.00 from Miscellaneous to Supplies <br />600.00 from Assistant Bldg. Inspector to Building Inspector <br />SERVICE FUND <br />400.00 from Hydrant Repair to Safety Service Director <br />200.00 from Garbage ~ Rubbish Repair to Garbage c~ Rubbish Misc. <br />300.00 from Custodian to Repairs ~ Equipment-Community Cabin <br />4,000.00 from Labor Ditching to Labor St. Repairs <br />MUNICIPAL BUS FUND <br />4,750.00 from Gas ~. Oil to Workmen's Compensation <br />50.00 from Gas ~ Oil to Equipment <br />,.~ <br />Section 2. That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure in that it relates to the public health, safety and <br />welfare, and to the usual daily operation of the several municipal <br />departments of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio. <br />allowed by law. <br />PASSED ,.,.~~,.~.~ <br />Section 3.
