FISCAL OFFICER'S CERTIFICATE <br />North Olmsted, Ohio, <br />~L/ / ~ 1964 <br />TO THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, OHIO: <br />The undersigned, as Fiscal Officer of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, as <br />defined in R.C. Section 133.01, hereby certifies in connection with your proposed <br />issue of $70,900 Sidewalk Notes in anticipation of the issuance of bonds and of <br />the levy and collection of special assessments for the construction of certain <br />sidewalks in said City, as follows: <br />1. That the estirn~ted life of the property and improvements to be acquired <br />from the proceeds of such bonds and notes is hereby certified to be at least <br />five years. <br />2. That the maximum maturity of said bonds calculated in accordance with <br />provisions of Section 133.20 of the Revised Code, but as limited by the <br />assessment period, is five years. <br />3. Notes issued in anticipation of such bonds will have a maximum maturity <br />of five years if sold publicly or to the Bond Retirement or Treasury Investment <br />Fund, or one year if sold at private sale. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />..~1~~ <br />Direct r of Finance <br />
