CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 64- o?e~~ <br />I <br />BY <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC <br />SERVICE AND PUBLIC SAFETY TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR <br />TWO PICK-UP TRUCKS, NOT EXCEEDING $2000.00 EACH, <br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, Council has been advised by the Director of <br />Public Service and Public Safety that it is necessary that his department <br />purchase two pick-up trucks, not exceeding $2, 000.00 each, for use in <br />the City of North Olmsted, and <br />WHEREAS, Council in order to facilitate the maintenance <br />of the City of North Olmsted desires to purchase two pick-up trucks for <br />city use . <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of <br />the City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That the Director of Public Service and Public <br />Safety be and he is hereby authorized to advertise for bids for two pick-up <br />trucks to be used in the maintenance of the City of North Olmsted, not <br />exceeding $2,000.00 each. <br />Section 2: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be <br />an emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, <br />health, safety and welfare of the City: WHEREFORE, this Resolution shall <br />take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage, otherwise, at the <br />earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: ~_ - A <br />.~ <br />Francis J.
