CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. G~{-~9/ <br />RY ~ ~ ` <br />AN ORDINANC AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CANCELLATION <br />OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON PERMANENT PARCEL N0. 237-7-8 <br />BEING AN ASSESSMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A SIDEWALK <br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, special assessments have been certified by the Audifior of the <br />City of North Olmsted, Ohio, to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County for the <br />construction of a sidewalk. <br />WHEREAS, Alex & Fanny Hartwig of 4020 Claque Road <br />have paid the sum of $ 77.37 in payment of said special assessments, in aplval~~, <br />for the tax years 19 64 through ig 55 inclusive, together with accrued intgrl~pit <br />levied thereon against Permanent Parcel No. 237-7-8 in the City of Nfirth <br />Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North <br />Qimsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section l: That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be and he is heresy <br />authorized and directed to cancel for the years ig 64 through 19 66 inclusit~A <br />asSmSSments in full for, construction of a sidewalk. <br />Section 2: That the Director of Finance of the City of North Otmste~ <br />is hereby, authorized and directed to receive payment in advance on such <br />asses;ments for the period 19 64 through lg 66 inclusive, amounting to <br />77,37 on said parcel. <br />Section 3: That the Clerk of Council is hereby directed to forward <br />AA attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, Ohio. <br />Section 4: Wherefore, this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />gmergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health <br />and welfare of the City of North Olmsted, and such emergency exists by virtue <br />of the_necessity of cancelling the special assessments on Permanent Parcel <br />No.237-7-8 for construction of a sidewalk. <br />Section 5: Wherefore, this Ordinance shall take effect immediately <br />from and after its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by law, <br />PASSED: 1 L <br />~ ~~~. ©, <br />Francis J.
