CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 64- / ~1 <br />BY <br /> <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING, FOR RECORD PURPOSES ONLY, <br />THE PROPOSED SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS BRETTON RIDGE <br />NUMBER 2, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY'. <br />WHEREAS, the plat of Bretton Ridge Subdivision No. 2 <br />`~ has heretofore been filed with the Planning Commission and by it referred <br />to the Council and said plat contains one hundred twenty sublots and <br />four streets, to wit: Stafford Drive, Christman Drive, Sutton Drive, <br />and Cambridge Drive. <br />WHEREAS, said plat has been approved by the Planning Com- <br />mission and the City Engineer as being in conformance to the ordinances <br />and resolutions of this Cityy. <br />NOW, THERFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City <br />of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That the Council, having been advised that the <br />Planning Gammission has approved the plat of Bretton Ridge Subdivision <br />No. 2 and that the same has the approval of the City Engineer and that it <br />meets the requirements of the ordinances and resolutions of the City of <br />North Olmsted, hereby approves said plat for record purposes only. <br />Section 2: That this Resolution is hereby determined to be <br />an emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public health, <br />peace, safety and welfare, by virtue of the necessity of giving immediate <br />approval to said plat in order that the orderly development of the City may <br />proceed as rapidly as possible; WHEREFORE, this Resolution shall take <br />effect and be in force immediately upon its passage, otherwise, at the <br />earliest period allowed by law. /f~ <br />PASSED: to ~" ~ ~,~,~~ .
