G <br />~ G - s'b <br />h ITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0, 64-~ <br />By: <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0,~861, ENAO`P <br />JUNE 16, 1959, WHICH 'QRDINANCE AMENDID ORDINANCE N0. <br />2407, ENACTED DECEMBER 4, 1956, ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE <br />CREATING POSITIONS OF RECREATION DIRECTOR, RECREATION <br />INSTRUCTORS, PLAYGROUND HELPERS AND OTHER RECREATION <br />PERSONNEL AND FIXING COMPENSATION THEREFOR, AND <br />DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. " <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, <br />State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 2861, enacted <br />June 16, 1959, which amended Ordinance No. 2407, enacted December 4, 1956, <br />reading as follows: <br />"Section 1: An ordinance creating positions of Recreation <br />Director, Recreation Instructors, Playground Helpers and other <br />Recreation Personnel and fixing compensation therefore, and in <br />which Ordinance the salary of the Recreation Director was fixed <br />and determined to be $2,700.00 per year payable in equal monthly <br />installments of $225.00 each." <br />be and is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />Section 1: An ordinance creating positions of Recreation <br />Director, Recreation Instructors, Playground Helpers and other Recreation <br />Personnel and fixing compensationtherefore, and in which Ordinance the <br />salary of the Recreation Director was fixed and determined to be $3,000.00 per <br />year payable in equal monthly installments of $250.00 each, and further that <br />said Recreation Director shall receive an automobile allowance in the amount <br />of $300.00 per year. <br />Section 2: That Ordinance No. 2861 enacted June 16, 1959, <br />and Ordinance No. 2407, enacted December 4, 1956, and all other Ordinances <br />or parts of Ordinances inconsistent to or in conflict herewith are hereby <br />repealed. <br />Section 3: That this is an emergency measure necessary <br />for the public health, peace and safety and to provide proper and adequate <br />employees for the Recreational Program within the City of North Olmsted, <br />WHEREFORE, this Ordinance shall take effect immediately uPat~.its passage <br />and approval by the Mayor, otherwise, from and after the realiest period <br />allowed by law, <br />PASSED: <br />~~ .~ c o <br />~, ~ e <br />EST: <br />Francis J.
