~~.~~~~ <br />OR~II~~4I+ No . ~% <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORI;?,TNG THE EMPLOYMENT OF SPECIAL COUNSEL <br />`I'0 PREPARE AND SUPERVISE PROCEEDINGS FOR SUBMISSION TO <br />ELECTORS OF A BOND ISSUE AND SAlE OF SUCH BONDS TO FINANCE <br />CONSTRUCTION AND EQUIPPING OF AN OUTDOOR MUNICIPAL SWIMMING <br />POOL WITH APPURTENANT STRUCTURES, MAKING SITE IMPROVIIyENTS <br />AND ACQUIRING NECESSARY INTERESTS TN REAL ESTATE THEREFOR, <br />IN THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, OHIO. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, Cuya- <br />hoga County, Ohio: <br />Section 1. That the law firm of Squire, Sanders & Dempsey of Cleve- <br />land, Ohio, Municipal Bond Attorneys, be employed to prepare and supervise the <br />essential proceedings for submission to the electors of the City at the general <br />election to be held on November 3, 196+, of a bond issue in the amount of <br />$250,000 and thereafter the proceedings for the authorization and sale of such <br />bonds. <br />Section 2. That for such services said firm shall be paid fees now <br />estimated at X175 for the election proceedings and $175 for the proceedings <br />for the sale of bonds in said amount, and in addition thereto expense of long <br />distance telephone calls and telegrams and other out-of-pocket expenses, and <br />the Director of Finance is hereby authorized and directed to make appropriate <br />certification as to the availability of such funds and to issue an appropriate <br />order for payment of such fees as the same shall become payable. <br />Section 3.
