FISCAL OFFICER'S CERTIFICATE <br />`,, <br />/~ ,1964 <br />TO THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, OHI . <br />The undersigned, Director of Finance of the City of North Olmsted, <br />Ohio, as the fiscal officer of said City, hereby certifies as follows: <br />1. The estimated life of the property and improvements referred <br />to in your resolution of even date is hereby certified to be at least five <br />years. <br />2. The maximum maturity of such bonds calculated in accordance <br />with the provisions of Section 133.20 of the Revised Code and the weighted <br />average o~ the amounts proposed to be expended for said several classes of <br />improvements, is as follows; <br />s. ~ 200 acquisition of necessary interests in <br />real estate - thirty years <br />b. $185,000 constructing an outdoor swimming pool <br />and appurtenant structures - twenty-five <br />years, which is the estimated life of <br />usefulness of such construction. <br />c. ~ 64,800 for equipping and making site improvements <br />therefor - ten years, being my estimates of <br />the period of usefulness thereof. <br />d. The weighted average of the amounts proposed to be ex- <br />pended for said several classes :is twenty-one years. <br />Should you authorize a single bond issue for all of said classes, <br />the maximum maturity of said bonds could not exceed such weighted average <br />of twenty-one years. <br />All of which is respectfully submitted. <br />Director f Finance <br />
