~ .~~ ~~~-- ~ ORDINANCE No . ~ -~' ; a <br />I "~-. ~~, <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE EMPLOYMENT OF SPECIAL <br />COUNSEL TO PREPARE AND SUPERVISE PROCEEDINGS FOR <br />SUBMISSION TO ELECTORS OF A BOND ISSUE AND SALE OF <br />SUCH BONDS TO FINANCE CONSTRUCTION OF PUBLIC LIBRARY <br />BUILDING IN THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, OHIO. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the law firm of Squire, Sanders & Dempsey of Cleveland, <br />Ohio, Municipal Bond Attorneys, be employed to prepare and supervise the <br />essential proceedings for submission to the electors at the general election <br />to be held on November 3, 1964, of a bond issue in the amount of $320,OOO,and <br />thereafter the proceedings for the authorization and sale of such bonds. <br />Section 2. That for such services said firm shall be paid fees now esti- <br />mated at ,200 for the election proceedings and X175 for the proceedings for <br />the sale of bonds in said amount, and in addition thereto expense of long <br />distance telephone calls and telegrams and other out-of-pocket expenses, and <br />the Director of Finance is hereby authorized and directed to make appropriate <br />certification as to the availability of such funds and to issue an appropriate <br />order for payment of such fees as the same shall become payable. <br />Section 3.
