CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED RESOLUTION N0. ¢4-151 Page 2 <br />Section 2: That all other provisions of Resolution No. <br />64-122 shall remain in full force and effect. <br />Section 3: That Section 1 of Resolution No. 64-122, enacted <br />June 16, 1964, is hereby repealed and amended as of July 7, 1964, concur- <br />rently with the effective date of ;the changes herein made. <br />Section 4: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public <br />peace, health and safety by virtue of the need for the immediate construc- <br />'~"`"` tion of such sidewalks to permit safe passage by persons using said streets <br />and to eliminate existing hazards to pedestrians; WHBREFORE, this Resolution <br />shall be in full force and effect from and immediately after its' passage <br />and approval by the Mayor.. <br />PASSED: ~ s <br />~l.
