CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. (0~~~(~~ <br />PAY <br />AN ORDINANC AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CANCELLATION <br />OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON PERMANENT PARCEL N0. 237-16-51 <br />BEING AN ASSESSMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A SIDEWALK <br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, special assessments have been certified by the Auditor of the <br />trity of North Olmsted, Ohio, to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County for the <br />construction of a sidewalk <br />WHEREAS, Harold ~ Leotta Bassham of 2373.1 Lucille Drive <br />have paid the sum of $ 97,00 in payment of said special assessments, in advance, <br />fqr the tax years 19 64 through 19 6$ inclusive, together with acerua~d iat*p~t <br />levied thereon against Permanent Parcel No. 237-16-51 in the City caf i~rth <br />Ql:msted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North <br />Qlmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section l: That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be and he is hsre~ <br />authorized and directed to cancel for the years 19 64 through ig 68, inclustv~p <br />assessments in full for, construction of a sidewalk. <br />Section 2: That the Director of Finance of the City of North Oln~ tql. <br />is hereby authorized and directed to receive payment in advance on such <br />lssessments for the period 19 64 through ig68 inclusive, amounting to <br />~ 97.00 on said parcel. <br />Section 3: That the Clerk of Council is hereby directed to fArw~Kfi <br />an attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, Ohio. <br />Section 4: Wherefore, this Ordinance is hereby declared t4 be an <br />afnergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, heai~h <br />and welfare of the City of North Olmsted, and such emergency exists by virtue <br />of the necessity of cancelling the special assessments on Permanent Parcel <br />NQ. 237-16-51 for construction of a sidewalk. <br />Section 5: Wherefore, this Ordinance shall take effect immediately <br />$rpm and after its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />RASS ED: <br />~r1- ®*~ <br />Francis J.
