CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 64 <br />ex- <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE IMPROVEMENT PLANS FOR <br />TALP SUBDIVISION, AND DECLAItTNG AN EMERGENCY. <br />~•A WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has heretofore <br />~'"' reviewed and approved proposed improvement plans for the Talp Subdivision <br />and the Engineer has advised this Council that said plans meet the requirements <br />of the ordinances and resolutions of the City of North Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council <br />of the City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That the Council does hereby approve the improve- <br />ment plans for Talp Subdivision and finds that said plans meet the requirements <br />of the ordinances-and resolutions of the City of North Olmsted. <br />Section 2: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the public peace, safety and welfare by <br />virtue of the immediate necessity of approving the within imporvements plans <br />so that the orderly development of the City may proceed as rapidly as possible: <br />WHEREFORE, upon its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by <br />law . <br />PASSED: l 4 <br />TTEST: <br />Margaret st, Clerk of Council <br />APPROVED: <br />Ralph E Christman, Mayor <br /> <br />r1„ AIL- c.ti.~-,~ O <br />Francis J.
