CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED RESOLUTION NO. 64- Page 2 <br />a portion of the sanitary sewerage system now in the <br />process of construction, and the names and addresses <br />of such owners of .lands as are necessary for the <br />service of all notices aequired by law to be made in <br />perfecting assessments for improvements authorized <br />by Council. <br />Section 2: That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 61-100 as amended <br />} May 16, 1961, and amended by Ordinance 62-129 enacted July 10, 1962, and <br />amended by Ordinance No. 64-37, enacted February 18, 1964, is hereby <br />repealed as of June 2, 1964, concurrenctly with the effective date of the increase <br />herein granted. <br />Section 3: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, <br />health, safety and welfare of the City by virtue of the necessity of employing <br />the Clerk of Council and making the compensation of the said Clerk of Council <br />commensurate with the responsibilities assumed; WHEREFORE, this Ordinance <br />shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage, otherwise, <br />at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: <br />ATTEST: <br />w, A~¢- <br />Margaret st, Clerk of Council <br />APPROVED: <br />Ralph E. ristman, Mayor <br />,n~ . <br />11..
