CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDIi~TANCE NO,' 64- // <br />BY CQ <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1174.02 (SETBACK <br />REGULATIONS) AND 1174.,03 (SETBACK ON CORRTER LOTS) <br />OR ORDINANCE NO. 62-33 (THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF <br />THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED) RELATING TO SETBACK <br />ems. <br />REQUIREMENTS IN RETAIL BUSINESS USE DISTRICTS. <br />Section kr That Section 1174.02 of Ordinance No. 62-33 <br />(The Zoning Ordinance of the City of North Olmsted) , reading as follows: <br />"1174.02 SETBACK REGULATIONS. <br />In a Retail Business District the building setback shall be at <br />least twenty-five feet (25) from the street line. No. structure <br />shall be maintained, goods or merchandise displayed or any <br />business activity conducted within the said setback area. <br />The area may be used for parking purposes . " <br />be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />1174.8 2 SETBACK REGULATIONS. <br />In a Retail Business District the building setback shall be at <br />least fifty (50) feet from the street line. No structure shall <br />be maintained, goods cr merchandise displayed or any <br />business activity conducted within the said setback aree~., <br />The area may be used for parking purposes. <br />Section 2: That Section 1174.03 of Ordinance No. 62-33 <br />(The Zoning Ordinance of the City of North Olalsted) , reading as follows: <br />"1174.03 SETBACK ON CORNER LOTS <br />For a corner lot in a Retail Business District, the. minimum <br />depth of yard along either frontage shall be the depth of yard <br />which is required along the same street for the adjoining lot; <br />provided that nothing in this provisions shall be so interpreted <br />as to reduce the buildable width of a corner lot of record at the <br />time of passage of the Zoning Code to less than twenty-five C~5) <br />feet; or to require a setback from a street line in excess of twenty- <br />five (25) feet.
