G`~'~O~C <br />BY <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CANCELLATION <br />OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON PERMANENT PARCEL N0. 235-11-39 <br />BEING AN ASSESSMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION Of A WATER LINE <br />AND DECLARING AN EMptt3ENCY. <br />WHEREAS, special assessments have been certified by the Auditor of the <br />City of North Olmsted, Ohio, to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County for the <br />construction of a water line. <br />WHEREAS, Joseph M. ~ Clarabel Barbeck of 5397 Decker Road <br />(rave paid the sum of $ 23.43 in payment of said special assessments, in atlverlGe, <br />for the tax years 1964 tlElQdtiUI~H(Xl>g(X inclusive, together with accrued ln~,~r~t <br />levied thereon against Permanent Parcel No. 235-11- 39 in the City of Ngrah <br />Q)msted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North <br />Olmsted,. State of Ohio: <br />Section l: That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be and he is har•by <br />authorized and d i rested to cancel for the years 19 64 fl1~1W,~CXllgt i nc 1 u; lve <br />a;sessments in full for, construction of a water line. <br />Section 2: That the Director of Finance of the City of North Olm;tq~) <br />is hereby authorized and directed to receive payment in advance on such <br />;easements for the period 19 64 X~y~CX~(X i nc 1 us i ve, amount i rig to <br />23,43 on said parcel. <br />Section 3: That the Clerk of Council is hereby directed to forward <br />an attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, Ohio. <br />Section 4: Wherefore, this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health <br />end welfare of the City of North Olmsted, and such emergency exists by virtue <br />pf thanecessity of cancelling the special assessments on Permanent Parcel <br />Mq.235-11-39 , for construction of a water line. <br />Section 5: Wherefore, this Ordinance shall take effect immediately <br />from and after its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by law, <br />PASS ED: //~a > <br />~ ~ ~ cam.,..
