CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. ~p7~ <br />c. <br />BY <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CANCELLATION <br />OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON PERMANENT PARCEL NO. 235-11-39 <br />BEING AN ASSESSMENT FOR PAVING <br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, special assessments have been certified by the Auditor pf the <br />City of North Olmsted, Ohio, to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County for the <br />Street paving. <br />WHEREAS, Joseph M. ~ Clarabel Barb~ck of 5397 Decker Road <br />have paid the sum of $ 260.40 in payment of said special assessments, in a~dv~-+nc~f <br />for the tax years lg 64 through 19 68 inclusive, together with accrued ini~p~*Jq~;t <br />levied thereon against Permanent Parcel No. 235-11-39 in the City of Ngplih <br />Qlmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North <br />Qimsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section l: That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be and ha is hereby <br />authorized and directed to cancel for the years 19 64 through 19 68 inclu;iMe <br />a;se5sments in full for, street paving. <br />Section 2: That the Director of Finance of the City of North Ol~tied <br />is hereby. authorized and directed to receive ppayment in advance on such <br />;sessments for the period 19 6i+ through 19 68 , inclusive, amounting to <br />260.40 on .said parcel. <br />Section 3: That the Clerk of Council is hereby directed to forty#r~~l <br />an attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, Ohio. <br />Section 4: Wherefore, this Ordinance is hereby declared to be are <br />emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health <br />}end welfare of the City of North Olmsted, and such emergency exists by virtue <br />pf the necessity of cancelling the special assessments on Permanent Parcel <br />Na. 235-11-39 for street paving. <br />Section 5: Wherefore, this Ordinance shall take effect immediately <br />from and after its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by law, <br />PASSED: <br />, <br />n. c~.~.-.-c„ ~.~ <br />Francis J.
