CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE NO. 64---~ Page 7 <br />Section 11. VALIDITY, REPEAL AND PENAL PRQVZSIONS. <br />A. That the sections forming part of or established by this Ordinance, and the <br />several parts, provisions and regulations thereof, are hereby declared to <br />be independent sections, parts, provisions and regulations, and that in <br />case any section or sections, or part of any section or sections, of this <br />Ordinance shall be held to be unconstitutional or invalid, the remainder <br />of the Ordinance shall not thereby be invalid, but shall remain in full <br />force and effect. <br />B. All ordinances or parts thereof heretofore passed which a re in conflict with <br />the foregoing provisions , to such extent only, be and are hereby repealed <br />effective with the effective date of this Ordinance. <br />C. Any person, firm, partnership, corporation, contractor, subcontractor, <br />mechanic or arbhitect violating any provision of this Ordinance is guilty <br />of committing a MISDEMEAAIOR and shall be fined not more than One- <br />Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) or such person or president of the firm or <br />corporation shall be imprisoned in the County Jail not more than six (6) <br />months , or both . <br />D. <br />Fi t rea ng <br />Second re ing <br />Thir reading <br />PASSED: <br />ATTEST: <br />Margaret ~st, Clerk of Council <br />APPROVED: <br />Ralph E.
