CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 64---~ <br />BY~~ . <br />A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 63-222 <br />ENACTED OCTOBER 15, 1963, and ENTITLED "A <br />RESOLUTION REQUESTING PERMISSION OF THE STATE <br />OF OHIO -DEPARTMENT OF HIGHWAYS TO THE RELOC- <br />ATION ON BROOKPARK ROAD IN THE CITY OF NORTH <br />OLMSTED OF THE ACCESS DRIVEWAY OF THE GREAT <br />NORTHERN SHOPPING CENTER FROM ITS PRESENT <br />LOCATION TO A POINT 368 FEET WEST;' AND DECLARING <br />AN EMERGENCY . <br />WHEREAS, Council heretofore passed a Resolution requesting <br />the State of Ohio, Department of Highways for permission to re-locate an <br />access driveway to Great Northern Shopping Center three hundred and sixty <br />feet West of its present location, and <br />WHEREAS, Council has determined, since the passage of <br />Resolution No. 63-222, that the traffice and safety requirements of this City <br />would be better served if such access point on the same side of Hraakpark <br />Road but ate .:paint three hundred and twelve and Bighty-one /one hundreths <br />feet West instead of three hundred and sixty feet West, and <br />WHEREAS, any and all expense for accomplishing said re- <br />location would be born by the owners of the Great Northern Shopping Center <br />and the City of North Olmsted would be in a position to save the state <br />harmless from any expense in connection with such access point relocation, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, Council hereby wishes to correct the location as <br />heretofore set forth. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City <br />Of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />" Section 1: That this Council respectfully requests of the <br />State of Ohio-Department of Highways permissia~ to re-locate the access <br />driveway from Brookpark Road on the south side thereof to the Great Northern <br />Shopping Center from its present location (center line at station 111 plus <br />32 feet) to a point three hundred and sixty feet West (center line at station <br />114 plus 92 feet) as shown in detail on the attached plat which is incorporated <br />herein by a reference and made a part hereof . " <br />be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />Section 1: That this Council respectfully requests of the <br />State of Ohio-Department of Highways permission to re-locate the access <br />driveway from Bookpark Road on the south side thereof to the Great Northern <br />Shopping Center from its present location to a point 1584.29 feet East of the <br />intersection of the center line of Brookpark Road and Lorain Road as measured <br />. ~,,:,.. _.~, w,.,~__ ..., .."~.4,.~ ti..,, . <br />
