CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE NO. 64-~ Page 5 <br />Chapter 1159 <br />"Section 1159.01 Setback Requirements. <br />In Residence districts , the maximum and minimum distance <br />a dwelling shall be set back from the street line shall be as <br />follows; <br />Residence District Maximum Setback Minimum Setback <br />A, B and C 70 feet 50 feet <br />Two-Family 70 feet 50 feet <br />Multiple 60 feet (a) 40 feet <br />(a) The maximum setback herein established shall not apply <br />to a multiple dwelling constructed in part to the rear of a <br />multiple dwelling complying with the requirement s of this <br />section. " <br />be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />Section 1159.01 Setback Requirements. <br />In Residence Districts and Cluster Development Districts, <br />the maximum and minimum distance a d~arelling shall be set <br />back from the street line shall be as follows: <br />Residence District Maximum Setback Minimum Setback <br />A, B and C and <br />Cluster Development <br />District 70 feet 50 feet <br />Two-Family 70 feet 50 feet <br />Multiple 60 feet (a) 40 feet <br />(a) The maximum setback herein established shall not apply <br />to a multiple dwelling constructed in part to the rear of a <br />multiple dwelling complying with the requirements of this <br />section. <br />'Section 1159.02 Corner Lots. <br />For a corner lot in any Residence District the minimum <br />setback along either frontage shall be the depth of the minimum <br />setback which is required along the same street for the adjoining <br />lot, provided that nothin in this provision shall be so inter- <br />preted as to reduce the buildable width of a corner lot of <br />record at the Recorder's Office at the time of the passage of <br />the honing Code to less than twenty-five (25) feet or to require <br />the most restrictive of the two setbacks to exceed twenty-five <br />(25) feet. No part of a detached garage shall be closer to <br />either street than the minimum setback for the adjacent lot <br />along the same street.
