CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE NO. 64- $~ Page 2 <br />Section 2: That Section 3 of Ordinance No. 61-103, enacted <br />May 16, 1961, and amended as of July 10, 1962, as amended by Ordinance No. <br />64-21, enacted January 21, 1964, as amended by Ordinance No. 64-28, enacted <br />February 4, 1964, as amended by Ordinance No. 64-57, enacted March 3, 1964, <br />is repealed as of April 7, 1964, concurrently with the effective date of the <br />changes #n made. <br />Section 3: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />~,,. emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health, <br />safety and welfare of the City by virtue of the fact that a typographical error <br />:; <br />was made and it is Council's intention to correct same: WHEREFORE, this <br />Ordinance shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage, <br />otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: j, ~~Q~, Q . ~~ <br />~LGq..,1 c-~ <br />Francis J.
