G 4'~7? <br />// <br />BY <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CANCELLATION <br />OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON PERMANENT PARCEL NO. 235-13-144 <br />BEING AN ASSESSMENT FOR CONS"RRUCTION Af A WATER LINE. <br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, special assessments have been certified by the Auditor of the <br />f~ity of North Olmsted, Ohio, to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County for the <br />construction of a water line <br />WHEREAS, The West End Realty Co. of 5678 Decker Road <br />have paid the sum of $ 23.43 in payment of said special assessments, in adva~e, <br />for the tax years 1964 i~Ilti~rlW(~XI~X inclusive, together with accrual iat~K~t <br />levied thereon against Permanent Parcel No. 235-13-144 in the City of North <br />Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North <br />Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be and he is har~y~ <br />Authorized and directed to cancel for the years 19 64 ~tlllri~~itX>IX inclusivcR <br />a~~essments in full for, construction of a water line. <br />Section 2: That the Director of Finance of the City of North pines tai <br />is hereby authorized and directed to receive payment in advance on such <br />assessments for the period ig64 ~KlEAKX~~X inclusive, amounting to <br />S 23.43 on .said parcel. <br />Section 3: That the Clerk of Council is hereby directed to forwat~d <br />an attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, <br />Section 4: Wherefore, this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />anergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health <br />and welfare of the City of North Olmsted, and such emergency exists by virtu <br />pf the necessity of cancelling the special assessments on Permanent Parcel <br />No. 235-13-144 for construction of a water line. <br />Section 5: Wherefore, this Ordinance shall take effect immediatoiy <br />from .and after its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: <br />Francis J.
