G ~~ 7~, <br />BY C~J~ <br />r <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CANCELLATION <br />OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON PERMANENT PARCEL N0. 33,5-13-1t~tF <br />BEING AN ASSESSMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION `QF A STORM SEWER <br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, special assessments have been certified by the Auditor of the <br />City of North Olmsted, Ohio, to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County for the <br />construction of a storm sewer. <br />WHEREAS, The West End Realty of 5678 Decker Road <br />have paid the sum of $ 47.76 in payment of said special assessments, in adVl~-~14, <br />for the tax years lg 64 through ig 66 inclusive, together with accrued ie~t~t~glt <br />levied thereon against Permanent Parcel No235-13-144 in the City of Nt-rth <br />Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North <br />Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be and he is hereby <br />authorized and directed to cancel for the years 19 64 through 19 66 , in~lusiv~A <br />assessments in full for, construction of storm sewer. <br />Section 2: That the D i rector of F i Hance of the C i ty of North Ol~t«pl <br />is hereby authorized and directed to receive payment in advance on such <br />assessments for the period 19 64 through 19 68 inclusive, amounting to <br />S 47.76 on said parcel. <br />Section 3: That the Clerk of Council is hereby directed to forty#rd <br />an attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, Ohio. <br />Section 4: Wherefore, this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health <br />#nd welfare of the City of North Olmsted, and such emergency exists by virtue <br />pf the necessity of cancelling the special assessments on Permanent Parcel <br />No• 335-13-144 for construction of a storm sewer. <br />Section 5: Wherefore, this Ordinance shall take effect immediately <br />frrom and after its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by 1#w. <br />PASSED: <br />~~~~~ a~ <br />Francis J.
