CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE N0. ~(f~7s ~w~~ AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CANCELLATION OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON PERMANENT PARCEL N0. 235-12-121 BEING AN ASSESSMENT FOR STREET' PAVIN& AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. WHEREAS, special assessments have been certified by the Auditor ofi the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County for the street paving. WHEREAS, The West End Realty Co. of 5678 Decker Road have paid the sum of $ 173.60 in payment of said special assessments, in a~v~r~e, fqr the tax years 19 ~ through 19 6$ inclusive, together with accrued lr~t~rp t levied thereon against Permanent Parcel No. 235-12-121 in the City of North Olmsted. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North pimsted, State of Ohio: Section 1: That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be and he is har~by Authorized and directed to cancel for the years 19 64 through 19 68, inclusive Ossessments in full for, street paving. Section 2: That the Director of Finance of the City of North Qla~ tell lr, hereby. authorized and directed to receive payment in advance on such assessments for the period 19 64 through 19 68 inclusive, amounting to = 173.60 on said parcel. Section 3: That the Clerk of Council is hereby directed to forw+~rd ~n attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, Ohio. Section 4: Wherefore, this Ordinance is hereby declared to be en emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health end welfare of the City of North Olmsted, and such emergency exists by virtue of the necessity of cancelling the special assessments on Permanent Parcel No. 235-12-121 for street paving. Section 5: Wherefore, this Ordinance shall take effect immedi~te~lY 11rom and after its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by I~w. PASSED: Francis J.
