G ~''~~ <br />BY <br />AN ORDINANCE AU RIZING AND DIRECTING 7HE CANCELLATION <br />OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON PERMANENT PARCEL 1~. 235-12-121 <br />BEING AN ASSESSMENT FOR CONSTRtJCT1ON OF A STORM, SEWER <br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, special assessments have been certified by the Auditor of th~a <br />City of North Olmsted, Ohio, to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County for the <br />the construction of a storm sewer. <br />WHEREAS, The West End Realty Co. of 5678 Decker Road <br />have paid the sum of ~ 95.46 in payment of said special assessments, in a~lve~e~ <br />for the tax years ig 64 through 19 66 inclusive, together with accrued ir~tr~t <br />levied thereon against Permanent Parcel No. 235-12-121 in the City of I+brth <br />Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North <br />Olmsted, State of Ohia: <br />Section l: That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be and he is h~r#by <br />authorized and directed to cancel for the years i9 64 through 19 66 , inelusiv~~ <br />assessments in full for, construction of a storm sewer <br />Section 2: That the Director of Finance of the City. of North pln~ tai <br />i; hereby authorized and directed to receive payment in advance on such <br />#s;essments for the period 19 64 through 19 66 , inclusive, amounting to <br />S 95.46 on said parcel. <br />Section 3: That the Clerk of Council is hereby directed to forty#rd <br />an attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, Ohio. <br />Section 4: Wherefore, this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public pease, he#)th <br />#nd welfare of the City of North Olmsted, and such emergency exists by virtue <br />of the necessity of cancelling the special assessments on Permanent Parcel <br />No. 235-12-121 for construction of a storm sewer. <br />Section 5: Wherefore, this Ordinance shall take effect immedi~telY <br />frpm and after its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by 1#w. <br />PASSED: <br />Francis J.
