CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. (o4'""rI,J <br />BY <br />AN ORDINANCE UTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CANCELLATION <br />OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON PERMANENT PARCEL N0. 235-12-121 <br />BEING AN ASSESSMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A WATER LINE <br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, special assessments have been certified by the Auditor of the <br />City of North Olmsted, Ohio, to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County for the <br />the construction of a water line. <br />WHEREAS, West End Realty of 5678 Decker Road <br />have paid the sum of $ 23.43 in payment of said special assessments, in a¢~a~~n~ <br />for the tax years 1964 90~~tXle(XXX inclusive, together with accrued 1~aC~r~! <br />levied thereon against Permanent Parcel No. 235-12-121 in the City of North <br />Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North <br />Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be and he is h+eneby <br />authorized and directed to cancel for the years 1g 64 lfififilydi~iCXl~( inelusiv~e <br />lw$Sessments in full for, construction of a water line. <br />Section 2: That the Director of Finance of the City of North 01n~ tpd <br />is hereby authorized and directed to receive payment in advance on such <br />af#~egsments for the period 19 ~+ il•~4~ inclusive, amounting to <br />>~ 23.43 on .said parcel. <br />Section 3: That the Clerk of Council is hereby directed to fgrward <br />an attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, Ohio. <br />Section 4: Wherefore, this Ordinance is hereby declared to b4 an <br />emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, heali~h <br />and welfare of the City of North Olmsted, and such emergency exists by virtue <br />of the necessity of cancelling the special assessments on Permanent Pa reel <br />No. 235-12-121 forconstruction of a water line. <br />Section 5: Wherefore, this Ordinance shall take effect imme~lie1gly <br />frgm and after its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by law, <br />PASSED: <br />Francis J.
