CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. {o ~ -7D <br />BY ~\- ` <br />AN ORDINAN E AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CANCELLATION <br />OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON PERMANENT PARCEL N0. 237-16-50 <br />BEING AN ASSESSMENT FORCONSTRUCTlGIN 0f A SiWL~1ALK <br />AND DECLARING AN EFtERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, special assessments have been certified by the Auditor of the <br />City of North Olmsted, Ohio, to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County for the <br />conltruction of a sidewalk <br />WHEREAS, John B. &~ Joan T. Krizan of 23745 Lucile Drive <br />have paid the sum of $ 97.00 in payment of said special assessments, in e~va~PR <br />for the tax years ig ~ through 19 68 inclusive, together with accrued ir~ta~MSt <br />levied thereon against Permanent Parcel No. 237-16-50 in the City of Ngpth <br />Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North <br />Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section l: That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be and he is hara~y <br />authorized and directed to cancel for the years 19 64 through 19 68 inclu>riva <br />assessments in full for, construction of a sidewalk. <br />Section 2: That the Director of Finance of the City of North Olnq~tpd <br />is hereby authorized and directed to receive payment in advance on such <br />~:~e$sments for the period 19 64 through 19 6~S inclusive, amounting fio <br />: 97.00 on said parcel. <br />Section 3: That the Clerk of Council is hereby directed to forward <br />an attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, Ohio. <br />Section 4: Wherefore, this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />anergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, healkh <br />end welfare of the City of North Olmsted, and such emergency exists by virtue <br />of the necessity of cancelling the special assessments on Permanent Parcel <br />No. 237-16-50 for construction of a sidewalk. <br />Section 5: Wherefore, this Ordinance shell take effect immedia>~-y <br />from and after its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by taw. <br />PASSED: ,~ <br />Francis J.
