r`~.o~ <br />'~6 -~ s~ <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 64-__ <br />By <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONE MAP ADOPTED AS PART <br />OF ORDINANCE NO. 62-33 (IfNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE <br />OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, BY CHANGING THE DESIGNA- <br />TION THEREON OF CERTAIN LANDS HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED BY <br />METES AND-SOUNDS FROM ITS PRESENT DESIG~iATION THE~tEON <br />AS CLASS B RESIDENCE DISTRICT TO THAT OF GENERAL RETAIL <br />BUSINESS DISTRICT. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North <br />Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section l: That the official Zone Map of the City of North Olmsted <br />adopted as part of Ordinance No. 62-33 (known as the Zoning Ordinance of <br />the City of North Olmsted) be amended by changing the designation thereon <br />of the following parcels of land described by metes and bounds as follows: <br />Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County of <br />Cuyahoga and State of Ohio, and known as being part <br />of Original Olmsted Township Lot No . 21, Tract No . 6 <br />and bounded and described as follows: <br />,,~. <br />Beginning on the Easterly line of Dewey Road, 50 feet <br />wide, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 110 of <br />Maps , Page 15 of Cuyahoga County Records , at the <br />Northwesterly corner of land conveyed to William E. <br />Bente by deed dated May 4 , 1951 and recorded in <br />Volume 7254 , Page 683 of Cuyahoga County Records; <br />thence North 0° 10' East along the Easterly line of <br />Dewey Road, 139.51 feet to the South~-~ine of <br />land conveyed to Carl A. Beebe and Reuben W. Elliott <br />by deed dated June 12, 1951 and recorded in Volume 7268, Page <br />666 of Cuyahoga County Records, thence South 89° 45' <br />East along said Southerly line about 128.25 feet to <br />the Easterly line of land conveyed to Ruth B. R. Aten by <br />deed dated July 1, 1921 and recorded in Volume 2535, <br />Page 280 of Cuyahoga County Records; thence South O1° <br />11' 40" East along said Easterly line, 118.02 feet to <br />the Northeasterly corner of land conveyed to Julius <br />Klefeld by deed dated Oct . 2 7 , 1941 and recorded in <br />Volume 5406, Page 267 of Cuyahoga County Records; thence <br />South 83° 37' 23" West along the Northerly line of land <br />so conveyed 77.50 feet to the Northeasterly corner of <br />land conveyed to William E. Bente, as first aforesaid; <br />thence South 76° 19' 36" West along the Northerly line <br />of land so conveyed, 55.76 feet to the place of beginning, <br />and being further known as parts of Sublot Nos . 3 and 4 , <br />in Olsted Gardens Proposed Subdivision, be the same more <br />or less, but subject to all legal highways <br />from its present designation thereon of said land as Class B; Residence <br />District to that of General Retail Business District. <br />
