<br /> <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE NO. ~ ~"t0 ~ Page 2 <br />when signs have been erected givin g notice thereof parking is prohibited <br />on all streets between the hours of 2 a.m. and 6 a.m. in the City of North <br />Olmsted. <br />Section 3: That the Traffic Control File , ale 3 , Chairter <br />305 Section 305.02 be amended to record the designation of the prohibition <br />of parking between the hours of 2 a , m . and 6 a , m . on all streets within the <br />City of North Olmsted when signs have been erected giving notice thereof . <br />Section 4: That Section 351.12 of Chapter 351 Title 7 <br />of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted as originally passed <br />be and the same is hereby repealed effective with the effective date of this <br />Ordinance . <br />Section 5: That a certified copy of this Ordinance be <br />delivered to the Police Department of the City of North Olmsted. <br />Section 6: That this Ordinance is hereby determined to <br />be an emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public <br />welfare, peace, health and safety by virtue of the existence of a dangerous <br />condition requiring immediatel~egulation; WHEREFORE this ordinance shall <br />take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage, otherwise, at <br />the earliest p od allowed by law. <br />PASSEx~I~ 3~ e <br />Francis J.
