<br />PAGE 5, - ORDINANCE N0. t;4 - (~~ <br />Section 13. That there be appropriated from the FlREMfN'S <br />RELIEF AND PENSION FUND ...............................125,000.00 <br />Section 14. That the ~all~ e-from the SN£RWOOD <br />SEWER RENTAL FUND .....................................~ 9,000.00 <br />Section 15. That the Clerk of Council shall immediately forward <br />an attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County. <br />Section 16. That the City. Finance Director is hereby authorized to <br />draw his warrants on the City Treasury for payments from any of the foregoing <br />appropriations upon receiving proper certificates and vouchers therefor, <br />approved by the Board of Officers authorized by law to approve same., or an <br />Ordinance or Resolution of Council to make the expenditures; provided that no <br />warrants shall be drawn or paid for salaries or wages except to persons employed <br />by authority of and in accordance with law or ordinance. Provided further, that <br />the appropriations for contingencies can only be expended upon approval of <br />two-thirds vote of Council for items of expense constituting a legal obligation <br />against the City and for purposes other than those covered by the other specific <br />appropriations herein made. <br />Section 17. That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure, in that it relates to the public health, safety and <br />welfare, and to the usual daily operation of the several municipal departments <br />of the City of North Olmsted, and shall take effect and be in force from and <br />after its passage. <br />PASSED: ~1T! ~ ~ ~" <br />ATTEST: <br />~. ~~~- <br />Margaret T.
