X052, ENACTED JUNE 21, 1960, AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. ~i$-127, ENACTED JULY 10, 1962, ENTITLED "AN ORT'~I+TA1+iCB CREATING THE POSI'EION OF AUDITOR'S SECRETARY CLASSIFICATION AN D ~' FIX[NG COMPENSATION THEREFOR" , AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. State of Ohio: BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, Section 1: That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 3052, enacted June 21, 1960, as amended by Ordinance No. 62-127, enacted July 10, 1962, presently reading as follows: "THAT THERE IS hereby established the position of Director of Finance's Secretary and the classification of pay grade for such employee is as follows: CLS A: $4642.35 PER ANNUM Payable semi-annually at the rate of $193.43 per period CLASS B: $3792.00 PER ANNUM Payable semi-monthly at the rate of $158.00 per period. CLASS C: $3504.00 PER ANNUM Payable semi-monthly at the rate of $146.00 per period: " be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: That there is hereby established the position of Director of Finance's Secretary and the classification of pay grade for such employee is as follows: CLASS A: $4, 900.08 PER ANNUM Payable semi-monthly at the rate of $204.17 per period. CLASS B: $3792.00 PER ANNUM ,,~.,. . Payable semi-monthly at the rate of ' $158.00 per period. CLASS C: $3504.00 PER ANNUM Payable semi-monthly at the rate of $146.00 per period Section 2: That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 3052 as enacted June 21, 1960, as amended by Ordinance No. 62-127, enacted July 10, 1962, is hereby repealed as of March 1964, concurrently with the effective date of the increase herein granted.
