<br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
<br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted,
<br />State of Ohio:
<br />Section 1: That Section 3 of Ordinance 61-I03, enacted May 16,
<br />1961, as amended by Ordinance 62-128 enacted July 10, 1962, as amended by
<br />Ordinance 64-21, enacted January 21, 1964, as amended by Ordinance No. 64-28,
<br />enacted February 4, 1964, reading as follows:
<br />"That beginning February 4, 1964, the salaries of appointed
<br />officials and employees are hereby fixed and determined to
<br />be as follows:
<br />Mayor's Secretary
<br />Clerical & Secretarial
<br />Building Commissioner
<br />Building Inspector
<br />Assistant Building Inspector
<br />Safety and Service Dir®~tor
<br />Custodian of Public Buildings
<br />Plumbing Inspector
<br />Heatttig & Ventilating Inspector
<br />$ 4, 642.34 Annually
<br />250.00 to $3.75.00 per month
<br />7,000.00 Annually
<br />6 , 000. (30 Annually
<br />5,500.00 Annually

<br />February 4, 1964 is repealed as of larch 3, 1964, concurrently with the effective
<br />date of the changes herein made .
