CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 64- ~~ <br />BY <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE IMPROVEMENT PLANS <br />FOR NORTH PARK ESTATES SUBDNISION NO. 2, AND <br />DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has heretofore reviewed <br />and approved proposed improvementsplans for the North Park Estates Subdi- <br />vision No. 2 and the Engineer has advised this Council that said plans meet <br />the requirements of the ordinances and resolutions of the City of North Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the <br />City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That the Council does hereby approve the improve- <br />ment plans for North Park Estates Subdivision No. 2 and finds that said plans <br />meet the requirements of the ordinances and resolutions of the City of North <br />Olmsted . <br />Section 2: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the public peace, safety and welfare by <br />virtue of the immediate necessity of approving the within improvement plans <br />so that the orderly development of the City may proceed as rapidly as <br />possible; WHEREFORE, this Resolution shall take effect and be in force <br />immediately upon its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by <br />law . ~ _ ~-~..~c~e.P~ 3 , - ~ (o tf' <br />PASSED: "`~ ~ ~ ~ n. c~,,..~c.,,.;a - O ~^~~, <br />\`~ "~''~'`''1 ~ ~`~'`~`~' C~~` Francis j.
