CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 64-~ <br /> <br />By r <br />~ <br /> <br /> l <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC <br />SERVICE AND PUBLIC SAFETY TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS <br />FOR FIRE, EXTENDED COVERAGE, VANDALISM, AND <br />MALICIOUS MISCHIEF INSURANCE ON ALL PUBLIC <br />BUILDINGS OWNED BY THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />EXCEPT THE MAIN SEWAGE TREATMENT PLAN ACCORDING <br />TO THE SPECIFICATIONS NOW ON FILE, AND DECLARING <br />AN EMERGENCY. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE Council of the City of North <br />Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That the Director of Public Service and Public <br />Safety be and he is hereby authorized to advertise for bids for fire, extended <br />coverage, vandalism, and malicious mischief insurance on all public <br />buildings owned by the City of North Olmsted except the Main Sewage <br />Treatment Plant according to the specifications now on file in his office. <br />Section 2: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be <br />an emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, <br />health, safety and welfare of the City by virtue of the urgent necessity <br />of the City carrying adequate insurance at the least possible <br />cost to the city; WHEREFORE, this Resolution shall take effect andbbe <br />in force immediately upon its passage, otherwise, at the earliest possible <br />period allowed by law . <br />PASSED: ~( ~° ~~) 3 , (~ ~+~- <br />ATTEST: <br />Margare West, Clerk of Council <br />APPROVED: <br />~. <br />~~ Ralp E. hristman, Mayor <br />Francis J.
