G ~ ~~~ <br />BY Vla~4 <br />-•-- -- <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CANCELLATION <br />OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON PERMANENT PARCEL N0. 235-12-132 <br />BEING AN ASSESSMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A <br />WATER LINE AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, special assessments have been certified by the Auditor of the <br />City of North Olmsted, Ohio, to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County for the <br />construction of a water line. <br />WHEREAS, Clinton ~ Clara Holley of 5604 Decker Road <br />have paid the sum of $ 11.72 in payment of said special assessments, in advarMC~~ <br />for the tax years lg 64 iLiUtA18t~9IX1~XX inclusive, together with accrued ir~ter~t <br />levied thereon against Permanent Parcel No. 235-12-132 in the City of Ngr>rh <br />Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North <br />Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be and he is h~er~-y <br />authorized and d i rested to cancel for the years 19 64 ItKIt1EXX~X i nc 1 us Ive <br />assessments in full for, construction of a water line. <br />Section 2: That the Director of Finance of the City of North OInK fed <br />is hereby. authorized and directed to receive payment in advance on such <br />#~Passments for the period 19 ~+ ~~,X~X inclusive, amounting to <br />X11.72 on said parcel. <br />Section 3: That the Clerk of Council is hereby directed to fgrw#rd <br />an attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, Ohio. <br />Section 4: Wherefore, this Ordinance is hereby declared to b# ~M <br />emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health <br />and welfare of the City of North Olmsted, and such emergency exists by virtue <br />of the necessity of cancelling the special assessments on Permanent Parcel <br />No. 235.12.132 for construction of a water line. <br />Section 5: Wherefore, this Ordinance shall take effect immediiXe4ly <br />from and after its passappge, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: U(.@,.X~ ~ F ~ <br />~~~~ a w <br />Francis J.
