CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0, ~a ~-~~ <br />BY <br />V IAIU <br />AN ORDINA CE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CANCELLATION <br />OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON PERMANENT PARCEL N0. 235-12-132 <br />BEING AN ASSESSMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A <br />STORM SEWER AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, special assessments have been certified by the Auditor pf Ghee <br />City of North Olmsted, Ohio, to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County for the <br />construction of a storm sewed <br />WHEREAS, Clinton ~ Clara Holley of 5604 Decker Road <br />have paid the sum of $ 47.76 in payment of said special assessments, in advance <br />for the .tax years 1964 through lg 66 inclusive, together with accrued iP~~rpt <br />levied thereon against Permanent Parcel No. 235-12-132 in the City of li~r>rh <br />Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Clty of North <br />Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section l: That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be and he is hereby <br />authorized and directed to cancel for the years ig 64 through 1966 inclusive <br />a~sossments in full for,construction of a storm Brewer <br />Section 2: That the Director of Finance of the City of North Oln~ ~~{ <br />is hereby authorized and directed to receive payment in advance on such <br />assessments for the period 19 64 through 19 66 inclusive, amounting to <br />S 47.76 on said parcel. <br />Section 3: That the Clerk of Council is hereby directed to forwerpl <br />an attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, Ohio. <br />Section 4: Wherefore, this Ordinance is hereby declared to be ,fin <br />emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health <br />end welfare of the City of North Olmsted, and such emergency exists by virtue <br />of the necessity of cancelling the special assessments on Permanent Parcel <br />No. 235-12-132 for construction of a storm sewer <br />Section 5: Wherefore, this Ordinance shall take effect immedial:aly <br />frpm and after its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: Q~~ <br />Francis J.
