CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. ~~~° ~~. <br />,. ~~ ,,,~ <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CANCELLATION <br />OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON PERMANENT PARCEL N0. 235-12-t31 <br />BEING AN ASSESSMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF <br />A WATER LINE AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, special assessments have been certified by the Auditor of the <br />City of North Olmsted, Ohio, to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County for the <br />the construction of a water line <br />WHEREAS, Clinton ~ Clara Holley of 5604 Decker Road <br />have paid the sum of $ 23,L~t~ in payment of said special assessments, in advar~ ~~ <br />for the tax years 19 64 JC10XlQlQ~{111X)Y~XX i ncl us ive, together with accrued i~~er-a~tt <br />levied thereon against Permanent Parcel No. 235-12-131 in the City of M,~rth <br />Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North <br />Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section l: That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be and he is hArei-y <br />authorized and directed to cancel for the years 19 64 >L~6Xl~D0X)t1ilXX inclusive <br />assessments in full for, construction of a water line <br />Section 2: That the Director of Finance of the City of North OYn~s>ed <br />is hereby. authorized and directed to receive payment in advance on such <br />assessments for the period 19 64 X1fItl6lil~iXl~X i nc 1 us i ve, amounting to <br /># 23.44 on said parcel. <br />Section 3: That the Clerk of Council is hereby directed to forward <br />an attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, Ohio. <br />Section 4: Wherefore, this Ordinance is hereby declared to be en <br />emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health <br />and welfare of the City of North Olmsted, and such emergency exists by virtu <br />of the necessity of cancelling the special assessments on Permanent Parcel <br />No.235-12-131 for construction of a water line. <br />Section 5: Wherefore, this Ordinance shall take effect immediately <br />lirpm and after its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: ~x-~°_~ .~, f q CO ~ <br />© ., <br />Francis J.
