Limpert <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC <br />SERVICE AND PUBLIC SAFETY TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS <br />FOR FLASHER LIGHTS AND SIGNS MARKING SCHOOL ZONE'S <br />ACCORDING TO SPECI FI CACTI ONS NOW ON FILE I N HI S <br />OFFICE, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Counci 1 of the City of <br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section l; That the Director of Public Service and Public <br />Safety be and he is hereby authorized to advertise for bids for flasher <br />lights and signs marking school zones according to specifications now <br />on file in his office. <br />Section 2: That this Resolution is hereby declared to <br />be an emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public <br />peace, health, safety and welfare of the City; WHEREFORE, this Resolution <br />shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage, otherwise, <br />at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED February 18, 1964 <br />r <br />President of Council <br />Pro Tem <br />ATTEST: <br />~ ~ .~Q~-- <br />Margaret .West, Clerk of Council <br />APPROVED: ~ ~~; ~ 6I ~~ <br />Ra~~ .L.'`,Tih~l~s~man, Mayor <br />~P <br />,~,~D <br />~cU <br />
