CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION No. 64- <br />,~ ,. <br />By ~ ~ <br />~. <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF <br />PUBLIC SERVICE AND PUBLIC SAFETY TO <br />ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR SLAG AND DECLARING <br />AN EMERGENCY. <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of <br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That the Director of Public Service <br />and Public Safety be and he is hereby authorized to advertise for bids for <br />Fifteen Hundred Tons of slag of various sizes for use in maintaining the <br />City's streets in accordance withthe specifications now on file in his <br />office. <br />Section 2: That this Resolution is hereby declared <br />to be an emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the <br />public peace, health, safety and welfare of the City; WHEREFORE, this <br />Resolution shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage, <br />otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: _a~~*~~ ~; <br />A <br />~~- ~ <br />Louise Hall, Clerk of Council <br />APPROVED: <br />Francis J.
