<br />NO. 61-103, ENACTED MAY 16, 1961, ENTITLED "AN
<br />ORT~NANCE DETERMINING SALARIES, WAGES A~#'D BONDS
<br />flF APPOINTED t''FiTCLALS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY

<br />62-128, ENACTED;ULY 10, 1962, AS AMENDED BY
<br />ORDINANCE NO. 64-21, ENACTED JANUARY 21, 1964,
<br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
<br />B~ IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North
<br />Olmsted, State of Ohio:
<br />Section 1: That Secticm 3 of Ordinance 61-103, enacted
<br />May 16, 1961, as amended by Ordinance 62-128 enacted July 10,
<br />1962 , as amended by Ordinance 64-21, enacted January 21, 1964 ,
<br />reading as follows:
<br />"That beginning January 21, 1964, the salaries of appointed
<br />officials and employees are hereby fixed and determined to
<br />be as follows:
<br />Mayor's Secretary
<br />Clerlcal & Secretarial
<br />Building Commissioner
<br />Building Inspector
<br />Safety and Service Director
<br />Custodian of Public Buildings
<br />$ 4, 642.34 Annually
<br />$250.00 to $375.00 per month
<br />$7, 000.00 Annually
<br />$5, 500.00 Annually
<br />$8,500.00 Annually
<br />$5, 000.00 Annually
<br />be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
<br />"That beginning February 4, 1964, the salaries of appointed
<br />officials and employees are hereby fixed and determined to
<br />be as follows:
<br />Mayor's Secretary
<br />Clerical & Secretarial
<br />Building Commissioner
<br />Building Inspector
<br />Assistant Building Inspector
<br />Safety and Service Director
<br />Custodian of Public Buildings
<br />Plumbing Inspector
<br />Heating & Ventilating Inspector
<br />$4, 642.34 Annually
<br />$250.00 to $375.00 per month
<br />$7, 000.00 Annually
<br />$6,000.00 Annually

<br />Section 2: That Section 3 of Ordinance No. 61-103, enacted
<br />May 16, 1961, and amended as of July 10, 1962, as amended by

<br />February 4, 1964, concurrently with the effec~~ve date of the ohanges
<br />herein made
