CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 64-~ <br />~Faw '/ <br />AN ORDINANCE CREATING THE POSITION OF A FULL TIME <br />ASSISTANT BUILDING INSPECTOR, AND DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, <br />State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That Council, having determined the necessity <br />for such action, hereby creates the position of a full time Assistant <br />Building Inspector. <br />Section 2: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be <br />an emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, <br />health, safety and welf are of the City by virtue of the immediate neces- <br />sity of providing a f ull time Assistant Building._ Inspector and adequate <br />caar~ensation for the duties to be performed by said Assistant Building <br />Inspector; WHEREFORE, this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force <br />immediately upon its passage, otherwise, at the ear3iest period allowed <br />by law. <br />PASSED: p~C l~-~ ~ l~ ~ ~ t <br />Francis J.
