S feet <br />measured fmm back of curb to back of curb; shall be constructed in accordance <br />with Ohio Department of Highways T-?1 Class D concrete with a minimum of <br />~'"'`"~' six and one-half (6 i/2~ bags of concrete per cubic yard; shall have a minimum <br />compressive stength of four thousand pounds (4000 lba.) per square inch; <br />shall be reinforced with mesh which is a minimum of forty two pounds (42 lbs.) <br />per one hundred square feet (100 sq. ft.); shall be constructed of, and materiel <br />specifications followed, pursuant to a Paving Detail Sheet pre~red by the City <br />Eagin~r, a copy of which is on file at the North Olmsted City Ball and also at <br />the City Engineer's Office; and also all streets constructed shall meet the <br />requirements of Department of Highways for the State of Ohio. <br />Section 9: That Section 6 Paragraph D, entitled "Paving " <br />is hereby implemented by the adding of Subsection 3 reading as follows; <br />Section 6 Paragraph D Subsection 3 "Paving" <br />~,,, 3. For all areas regardless of the type of zoning <br />``~ where the proposed pavement width from back of curb to back of curb eaats <br />thirty-two feet (32 ft.), the minimum lane width shall b® eleven fast (lI !`#.) exvicept <br />that the Council of the City of North Olmsted may require wider lane widths or <br />lesser lane widths to conform to the volume and type of traffic. <br />Section 10: That Section 3 Paragraph A Subsection 3, Section <br />3, Paragraph A Subsection 6, Section 3 Paragraph C Subsection 14d, Saation 6 <br />Paragraph A, Section 6 Paragraph 8, Section 6 Paragraph D Subsection 1, and all <br />other ordinances or parts of ordinances heretofore passed which are in ca~lliat <br />with the foregoing provisions of this ordinanve, to such extent only, be amt tho <br />same are hereby repealed effective with the effective date of this ordinance . <br />Section 11; WHEREFORE, this ordinance mall take eff+sct <br />and be in force at the earliest date permitted by Article IV, Section I2 of the <br />Charter of the City of North Olmsted. <br />March 16, 1965 <br />Fist reading <br />Second reading <br />^3~c- ~..~-~ <br />Third reading <br />ATTEST; <br />Margaret T .
