G~ <br />C ITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORt) I NANC E N0. ~--~°J,3 <br />i .1 <br />BY ~ , <br />AN ORDINA E AUTHORIZING ANO DIRECTING THE CAtICELLATIt?N <br />OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON PERMANENT PARCEL N0.232-22-33 <br />BEING AN ASSE5SMENT FOR PREPARATION OF PLANS AMi3 <br />SPECIFICATIONS FOR SANITARY SEWERS, ANO DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, special assessments have been certified by the Finale <br />Director of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, to the Auditor of Cuyahsll"C€~tnty <br />for the preparation of plans and specifications for sanitary seers, <br />WHEREAS, old Sutherland of 26393 S~etbriar Drive <br />have paid the sum ofR~ 5,32 in payment of said special asse~+~rts. In <br />advance, for the tax years 19 66 through 1979, inclusive, together with <br />accrued interest levied thereon against Permanent Parcel No. 232•~2~-33 <br />in the City of North Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of <br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section l: That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be and he is hsr~r <br />authorized and directed to cancel for the years 19~ through 19T9, inclusivM <br />assessments in full for preparation of plans and specifications for ;initaryt <br />sewers. <br />Section 2: That the Director of Finance of the City of North Qin~stAd <br />is hereby authorized and directed to receive payments in advance on such ass+~ts+~nt: <br />for the period 19 66 through 1979, inclusive, amounting to ~ 5.32 on <br />:aid parcel. <br />Section 3: That the Clerk of Council is hereby directed to forward an <br />attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, Sta a of i~o. <br />Section 4: Wherefore, this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, ha~aith <br />and welfare of the City of North Olmsted, and such emergency exists by virtu of <br />the necessity of cancelling the special assessments on Permanent -arcel ik~. 2 -22-33 <br />for preparation of plans and specifications for sanitary sewers. <br />Section 5: Wherefore, this Ordinance shall take effect immediatel' fry <br />and after its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />(n),w.\ ~. <br />PASSED: ~°~'l,+~JC oZ,~ ; ~ ~~ S <br />ATT EST <br />r <br />~ ~ ~ ,~ ~~ ~ <br />Mar ret ,.
