" AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. WHEREAS, Council has determined that it is in the best interest of the City of Nortl1Oinate anyaconflilets w Olprov sionseral Offenses Code be reviewed to e of the State Statutes, as enacted by the 1965 State Legislature. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio. Section 1: That Section 521. 04 of the North Olmsted General Offenses Code reading as follows: "21.04 INDECENT EXPOSURE; SOLICITATIONS OF UNNATURAL SEXUAL ACT. No person eighteen years of age or over shall willfully make ar. indecent exposure of his person in a public place or in a place where there ale other persons to be offended or annoyed thereby.
