" AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, Council has determined that it is in the <br />best interest of the City of Nortl1Oinate anyaconflilets w Olprov sionseral <br />Offenses Code be reviewed to e <br />of the State Statutes, as enacted by the 1965 State Legislature. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council <br />of the City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio. <br />Section 1: That Section 521. 04 of the North Olmsted <br />General Offenses Code reading as follows: <br />"21.04 INDECENT EXPOSURE; SOLICITATIONS OF <br />UNNATURAL SEXUAL ACT. <br />No person eighteen years of age or over shall willfully make <br />ar. indecent exposure of his person in a public place or in <br />a place where there ale other persons to be offended or <br />annoyed thereby. <br />No person shall solicit or attempt to s°lersonn~onvicted <br />engage in an unnatural sexual act.
