J <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE NO. 65-~~ Page 4 <br />(h) All brakes shall be maintained in good working order <br />and shall be so adjusted as to operate as equally as practicable with respect <br />to the wheels on opposite sides of the vehicle. {ORC 4513. "LOl <br />Section 2: ~ That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be <br />an emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the <br />public peace, health, safety and welfare by virtue of the fact that Section <br />337. 1$ prior to this amendment is in conflict with the provisions of the <br />State Statutes, enacted by the 1965 State Legislature, WHEREFORE, this <br />Ordinance shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage, <br />otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: ~ ~ ~..
