~~ <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 65- ~ ~3 <br />BY \~~--~o/ -~ <br />AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING FOR DEDICATION GREAT <br />NORTHERN BOULEVARD, FROM KENNEDY RIDGE ROAD <br />EXTENDING NORTH TO A POINT EIGHTY FEET NORTH <br />OF THE CENTER LINE OF COUNTRY CLUB BOULEVARD <br />WHERE IT MEETS GREAT NORTHERN BOULEVARD, AND <br />DECLARING AN EMERGENCY <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer has reported to Council that all the <br />improvements shown in the improvement plans tar Great Northern Boulevard <br />previously approved by Council haue been completed in accordance with the <br />plans and specifications Shawn thereon. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of <br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio; <br />Section l; That this Council does hereby accept for dedication <br />Great Northern Boulevard from Kennedy Ridge Road extending North to a <br />point eighty feet north of the center line of Country Club Boulevard where it <br />meets Great Northern Boulevard . <br />Section 2; That this Ordinance is hereby determined to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public welfare, peace, <br />health and safety of the City by virtue of the necessity that the development of <br />the City proceed in an orderly manner as rapidly as possible. WHEREFORE, this <br />Ordinance shall take effect and be in force immediately upon. its passage, <br />otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />...- <br />PASSED; 'I '',L.
