L` <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 65- o~ ~~ <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING FOR DEDICATION BEAUMONT <br />DRIVE FROM DELMERE DRIVE SOUTHWEST TO ITS CUL-DE- <br />SAC, ROSE TREE SUBDIVISION NO. 3, AND DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer has reported to the Council that all. <br />of the improvements shown on the improvement plans of the Rose Tree <br />Subdivision No. 3 previously approved by this Council have been completed <br />in accordance with the plans and specifications shown tl-ierean. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City <br />of North Olmsted, State ; f Ohio: <br />Section l; That this (council does hereby accept for dedication <br />Beaumont Drive from Delmere Drive Southwest to its Cul-De-Sac, in the <br />Rose Tree Subdivision No, 3. <br />Section 2: That this Ordinance is hereby determined to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public health, <br />safety and welfare of the City, such emergency existing by virtue of the <br />immediate necessity of fixing the immediate responsibility of the safety, <br />maintenance and protection of the street involved. WTrIEREFORE, this C'~rclinance <br />shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage, otherwise, at <br />the earliest period allowed by law <br />PASSED: Z ~ ~ ,_.._ _ <br />ATTEST: <br />Margaret T.
