" be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: Section 2; That effective December 1, 1965, the base salaries of the members of the Fire Department are hereby fixed and determined to be as followsn Fire Chief Assistant Fire Chief Fire Lieutenant Firemen for First Year Firemen for Secand Year Firemen after Second Year Part-Time Firemen Full-Time Firemen working for the City of North Olmsted during off duty hours $8,700,00 annually 8 ,100.00 annually 7, 500.00 annually 5 , 600.00 annually 6, 100.00 annually 6, 900 , 00 annually 1.75 per hour 3.00 per hour which salaries shall be payable by the Director of Finance semi-monthly. Full time employees of the Fire Department having completed five years of full time continuous service as employees of said department shall be paid a:~ additional 3% of their base annual salary thereafter until completion of the tenth year of continuous full time service, after which such employees shall receive 4% of their base annual salary thereafter until the completion of the 15th year of continuous full time service, and thereafter 5% of their base annual salary until. after the completion of the 20th year of continuous full time service and during each year of full time service thereafter they shall receive 69'° of their base annual salary as longevity increments , In computing length of service for the purpose of making payments of the longevity increments hereinabove set forth, no credit shall be given for part-tune service but such limitation is only for the purpose of computing longevity increments and the exclusion for part-time service shall not deprive service as employees of either Safety Department. In addition to the regular base salary plus increment and other wage increases, all regular employees of the Fire Department, including officers shall, on their original appointment and during the first calendar year during their appointment, receive $175.00 clothing allowance and shallr during each calendar year thereafter, receive a clothing allowance of $150.00 to be determined and disbursed by and with the approval of the Fire Chief of the Department. • For each full time member of the Fire Department, the City of Narth Olmsted, shall pay an amount equal to a single person's rate per month towards the cost of Blue Cross Hospitalization and Medical Mutual premiums of said members of the Fire Department, as established by Contract 52YS effective the 2 2nd day of May , l 9 65 .
