~ ~, <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 65- aG~' <br />BY ~. , ~~_ <br />A RESOLUTION APPR~DVING FOR RECORD PURPOSES ONLY, <br />THE PROPOSED SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS SANDY RIDGE <br />SUBDMSION NO. 2, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY <br />WHEREAS, the plat of the Sandy Ridge Subdivision No. 2 has h®re- <br />tofore been filed with the Planning Commission and by it approved and referred <br />to Council; and <br />WHEREAS, said Subdivision consists of 266 sublots and 11 streets, <br />to-wit; Chapel Hill Drive from Canterbury Road to Winton Park Drive; Bristoll <br />Lane from Chapel Hill Drive to Sudbury Drive; Sudbury Drive from Bristoll Lane <br />to Winton Park Drive; Kingston Circle from Winton Park Drive East to its Terminus; <br />Winton Park Drive fmm Chapel Hill Drive to Sweetbrier Drive; Limpert Lane fmm <br />Dover Center Road to Winton Park Drive; Fairfax Lane from Winton Park Drive to <br />Darby Lane; Sweetbrier Drive fmm Winton Fark Drive East to the Westerly <br />Subdivision line of Sweetbrier Subdivision; Waterbury Circle from Darby Lane <br />West to its Terminus; Darby Lane from Fairfax Lane to Waterbury Circle; Park <br />Place from Darby Lane to Canterbury Road in the City of North Olmsted; and <br />WHEREAS, said plat has been approved by the City Enginner as being <br />in conformance with the Resolutions and Ordinances of this City. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of <br />North Olmsted , State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That this Council having been advised of the approval of <br />the Planning Commission of this plat of Sandy Ridge Subdivision No. 2 and <br />• having been advised by the City Engineer that it meets the requirements of the <br />Ordinances and Revolutions of the City of North Olmsted, hereby. approves said <br />plat, for record purposes only. <br />Section 2: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure necessary for the preservation of the public welfare, peace, safety and <br />health of the City by virtue of the necessity of giving immediate approval of said <br />plat in order that the orderly development of the City proceed as rapidly as <br />possible.
